La Dolce Vita a few steps from everything Beaune has to offer

The Dolce Vita House is our elegant and spacious ( 65 square meters or 700 square feet) one-bedroom, just two blocks from Place Carnot and Hospices de Beaune and near the Place des Halles market street. Arty decorated salon and tall windows that fill the rooms with sunshine, the Dolce Vita House offers the best of Beaune living. This beautiful rental features a modern kitchen and an open plan dining area to enjoy the best produce from the Beaune markets. You'll find the Dolce Vita House's location to be perfect, right in the heart of the medieval city of Beaune. You will love being so central, just minutes from gourmet open air food markets and fantastic dining.

The house is displayed on 3 levels. You enter to the Ground Floor ( First Floor US) from the main street. At this level you will find a washer, a dryer and a half bath ( WC & sink). The wooden staircase takes to to the First Floor ( Second Floor US). At the First Floor ( Second Floor US) you will find a large living area with an open plan kitchen, a large wooden table, a living area with a confortable couch, an armchair and a coffee table. There is a large screen if you enjoy watching it.

The living area is bright and airy, 2 large windows. The kitchen is fully equipped. Starter Supplies Kitchen, Dishwasher, Kettle Microwave, Oven Combo, Nespresso Style Coffee Machine, Stovetop Toaster, Refrigerator The Second Floor ( or Third Floor US) is the Master Bedroom and the Full Bathroom. The bed is a kingsize bed, coton and linen white sheets, fluffy bath towels.

The Bathroom is accessible at the same level as the bedroom. It has a shower, sink, toilet, shower gel, soap and hair dryer.

Additional features are the iron board, iron, washing liquid, kitchen starter supplies, welcome present.

Not suited to guests with low mobility as it has 2 flights of steps.

2 AC mobile units set up in the summer.

Cancellation, Refund, Security Deposit

Cancellations, refunds and security deposits are managed by our partner Charge Automation

If you cancel your booking within 48 hours after booking you will receive a refund of 100%

If you cancel your booking more than 60 days before check in you will receive a refund of 97% 

If you cancel your booking from 60 to 30 days you will receive a refund of 50%

If you cancel your booking from 30 to 15 days you will receive a refund of 25% 

If you cancel your booking from 15 to check in date you will receive a refund of 10%

A Security Deposit of 1000 euros will be placed on hold on your credit card 1 day before check in and released automatically 3 days after check out.

Arrival time is after 4:00 p.m. and departure time is 11:00 a.m.

If the cleaning is done earlier, you will receive a message informing you that you can check in earlier with the key box.

Communication via your booking channel and/or Whats up (my mobile phone is +33 0668842428) Turn off the lights and air conditioning/heating when you open the windows and on the day of your departure

No pets, parties or events

Only registered guests

Note for the kitchen, do not put food residue in the sink because the pipes are old and of small diameter and can clog easily

Do not eat or drink in the rooms

Do not smoke inside the house

The household trash must be put in closed bags at the bottom of the stairs inside the house while waiting to put them in the brown bins that are in the street (Monday and Friday evening after 7:00 p.m.)

Recyclable materials (Plastic, Wood, Metal) must be placed in the white bin near the refrigerator while waiting to put them in the yellow bins placed in the street on Wednesday evenings after 7:00 p.m.

Glass bottles must be rinsed and left in the blue bin (there are specific recycling points in town, the nearest point is located Place Doctor Jorrot - see on the map)

Don't remove the sheets from the bed, we will

Tell us if you broke or stained anything before you leave

Lock the doors in case of absence

Respect our neighbors and Reduce noise from 9 p.m. to 9 a.m.

The lost key fee is 200 euros.

When you leave, please leave the keys inside the KEY BOX using the same code received on your arrival, make sure it is locked
